TIP TOTES

I go to a local place for breakfast most mornings, since I'm retired and want to keep my kitchen clean! And, my niece - when she goes with me on weekends - takes her Chai Tea and adds hot water. The empty containers are great for treats or note holders, so for Christmas I made them into coffee gift sets. To celebrate Valentine's Day we made personalized Tip Totes for each of the 10 waitresses. It only takes a strip of 2-1/2" x 12" DSP to cover the container. Now we can start on making them into Easter baskets!

HOLDERS

Many people are GBPacker fans, so I combined our Garden Green and Crushed Curry cardstocks to create a Post-it Note & Pen Holder as well as a Calendar with holder for our Dimensionals, Pearls, and Rhinestones (I'm always losing track of those on my crafting table). I love creating 3-D projects!

Elegant Eggplant and Whisper White cs with Silver foil to create these cards with new stamp set and coordinating dies from upcoming Occasions Catalog available January 2, 2018.

SNOWMAN PLACE SETTING

November's Paper Pumpkin kit offered 10 Christmas stockings, which I made into snowmen instead for table place settings for guests at my recent Christmas party. This alternative idea came from Rachel Tessman at StampYourArtOut. It's made with a mini coffee cup and I added the holly and berries to the hat and used the new black rhinestones for his smile. The carrot nose is from the daisy punch. Filled the cup with Hershey's Nuggets for weight and surprise. Everyone loved them!

To encourage guests to register early (and save me from having to create more card kits at the last minute), this free card/envelope was presented to each of the first six people that registered for my recent Stampin' Class. Several other guests had an 'ah-ha' moment!

WASHI & FRAMELITS

I caught Kylie Bertucci's live chat this morning and she created a quick card using Washi Tape and Framelits Dies, which inspired me to create these two - one uses product from the Urban Underground Suite and the other uses Stylish Stems Framelits Dies. Adhere strips of Washi Tape to card front, die cut shapes and 'lift' using adhesive strips and/or Dimensionals, adhere a piece of coordinating cardstock to inside of card front, then adhere the diecuts. Stamp a greeting and add embellishments, if desired. So easy!

HAPPY I-DO DAY!

A couple that I see often at our local grill asked if I could create a rather special card for them - two of their friends, both correctional officers at a nearby prison, were getting married - and they wanted a card that 'looked jail-like.' The finished card size is 5"x5".

Cascading 40th Birthday Card

Not only is my friend, Lisa, turning 40 tomorrow but our team was issued a challenge to create a cascading card so I made two and am very happy with the results. Leave a comment with your email if you would like to have the easy instructions. It is not as complicated as it looks!
